Over the last eighteen years Sharleen, with her husband Doug, founded The Turley Group, Inc., a residential real estate management company. While currently the CEO, Sharleen manages and restores properties deteriorated by time and neglect. As a certified Christian life coach with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and an ordained minister with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, she has been given the opportunity to educate others through biblical principles about the issues and difficulties faced in life. As was done for Sharleen, her passion is to love women back to life while restoring what time, neglect and circumstances have stolen. She does this by helping them to see their true value and identity. Sharleen teaches and speaks on such topics as boundaries, identity, building healthy relationships and, of course, restoring what has been lost. Sharleen lives in Kennesaw, GA with her husband Doug.

Marcia Ann was born into a family of seven which included twins, Marcia Ann being one. Throughout her childhood years she was plagued with feeling lost, alone, unseen, unloved and unaccepted. She believed herself to be an orphan, not belonging to her family. After thirty years of going down the broken road of despair, shame, regret and pain on top of despair, shame, regret and pain, Marcia Ann had reached her limit and in her bedroom on Good Friday in 2012 met Jesus. That day the chameleon died and Jesus has been teaching Marcia Ann the true meaning of love and grace. Marcia Ann, together with her husband Dave, founded S.E.A.R.C.H, a supernatural school of ministry. She is in leadership with an altar ministry and ministers in deliverance and inner healing through her ministry, Butterfly Blue Ministries. She also shares her talents to others in her salon. She is a licensed minister with the IPHC under the direction of Sonshine Network Ministries.

BCA is proud to introduce our first male coach! Doug is passionate about people experiencing full life transformation through restoration. With a gift of mercy he teaches from a father's heart of wisdom, love, grace and truth.
